For high end pieces we can pay you based on actual market value it sells for or projected auction sales price, for in tact jewelry we can sell it online and pay you what it is worth, usually way over melt value, and for scrap or broken jewelry we can pay close to spot price and far more than you can get elsewhere.

Receive DonationsKeep using your existing fundraising channels — email, direct mail, or in-person events. Just let your donors know they can now donate jewelry!
Donors can download a prepaid shipping label or request a prepaid envelope.
For in-person donations, we’ll provide flyers and collection boxes to make it easy to gather jewelry onsite.
Get PaidOnce we receive and process the jewelry, we’ll handle sorting, valuation, and resale. Your organization receives a percentage of the proceeds via check or ACH, typically within two weeks.

If you have all of that ready to go, feel free to call us now, or submit a request through the contact us form.
We suggest you continue to use the same outreach channels that you are currently successfully using to get donations. The only difference is now you’re letting your donors know they can also donate jewelry.
For example, if you reach your donors via an email list, in your emails you can say that you accept jewelry as a donation and have them click a link to download a prepaid shipping label and instructions, or have a prepaid envelope shipped directly to their address with instructions.
If you use direct mail, you can include a quick note that you accept jewelry as a donation in the direct mail with a return postcard they can use to request a prepaid shipping envelope and instructions to be shipped to them.
Some organizations like churches and schools receive donations in person. We can accommodate this as well. We can provide you with flyers to put up inside of your facilities as well as a donation box with instructions that people can drop jewelry into or you can have a direct contact person who people can give jewelry to. That jewelry can then be collected and shipped to us in bulk.
Once you are in our system, we will discuss what type of marketing collateral will be best for you and decide and agree upon the best strategies to raise the most revenue for your organization. We charge nothing up front for any of our services!
That’s Right! We charge nothing up front for our services, strategies and marketing collateral. We get paid a percentage of the revenue generated from the jewelry we process for you!
We provide you with written copy for letters, mailers and emails to communicate directly to your donors. And we will work with you to change them as you see fit, as long as the core concepts of the way our program works is conveyed.
We can provide branded or co-branded marketing material such as flyers posters and and jewelry donation bins.
Once we receive an envelope of jewelry from you or your donors, it is weighed, opened, processed, and inventoried by our professional jewelry processors. Every piece is carefully categorized into:
- Resellable gold and silver
- Scrap gold and silver (sorted by karat or metal purity)
- High-value costume jewelry
- Low-value costume jewelry
All items are weighed to the tenth of a gram to ensure precise valuation.
We partner with VintageJewelryTrade.com, which allows us to resell intact gold, silver, and high-quality costume jewelry at the best possible market prices. Scrap metals are valued based on their precious metal content and current rates. After processing and photographing each donation, the total value is calculated and recorded in our database.
Once processing is complete, we issue payments—typically within two weeks—via check or ACH, depending on your preference. In case of a large backlog, processing times may take a bit longer. We maintain transparent, auditable records for every donation, showing weight, contents, and valuation details.
That’s not a problem. It is a donation to your organization directly. You can provide them with the deduction paperwork and allow them to fill in the value amount of the jewelry donated that they feel is correct and appropriate.
